How to Prepare Drinking Chocolate
Per serving, use your choice of:
- 1/2 cup milk + 2 tbsp drinking chocolate
- 1/2 cup water + 3 tbsp drinking chocolate
Heat the liquid until it begins to steam, add the chocolate and allow it to soften for about 30 seconds, and stir until smooth.
Stirring tip: for perfect mixing and a frothier drink, use an immersion blender or electric whisk (careful, hot liquid!).
Spicing tip: you are welcome to sweeten more, add spices (cinnamon, cayenne...), or adjust proportions to suit your taste. The mix is already sweetened to 70% dark with unrefined cane sugar.
