WINTER 2018 SHIPPING UPDATES
I am extending the free shipping program at my online shop into the winter months of the new year, with a $20 minimum order. Orders under $20 will ship for a flat rate of $5.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2018
In 2018, my goal is to help you get the most out of great chocolate. The chocolate that artisan producers are making today is not the one-dimensional candy of years past. It's a complex food, rich in possibility, and at times even a little intimidating.
What are the best food & drink pairings for a given bar? Can chocolate work on a cheese board? What do you do with quality 100% dark chocolate? Good answers to questions like these will take great chocolate to the next level--I'm looking forward to offering my best ideas (and hearing yours) in 2018.
