Wm. Chocolate News, April 2018: 100 Hot Sauce Infused Belize Bars Out 5/4

Limited Release: Hot Sauce Infused Belize 68% Dark

Many of you have asked for something hot, and on Friday, May 4, I'm releasing it. Produced in collaboration with Madison, WI’s 537 Co. hot sauce, this bar gets its spicy, flavorful finish from a unique infusion of naturally fermented and dried cayenne peppers. And while the cacao was grown far away in the Maya Mountains of Belize, the peppers were raised just outside of Madison, at Elderberry Hill Farm.

There are only 100 bars. They'll be released exclusively through a handful of Madison shops and direct from me at a pop-up market on the evening of May 4 (more on that event below).
